Inc considers the health & safety of our employees and protection of the

from all employees within our firm. We conduct employee training in support of
this belief in addition to improving awareness and developing safe behaviors
within our workforce. Our primary focus is directed on maintaining a drug-free
workplace with proactive HSE programs which foster an injury &
incident-free environment.
MPH
was recognized by the Industrial Safety Training Council (ISTC) in May 2017
with the following safety achievement awards: working 7 years without an OSHA
lost workday case, completing 1-million hours without a recordable incident,
and Sustainable Safety Performance for working in excess of 3-years without an
OSHA recordable incident. Additionally, MPH has been recognized by some of our
clients such as Chevron Pipe Line Company, Shell Oil Company, and ExxonMobil
for our HSE performance. As of June 30, 2017, MPH has recorded in excess of 2.5
million exposure-hours without a lost time injury case and maintained our total
recordable incident rate below industry average. Our three year total
recordable incident rate is 0.00.
Morris
P. Hebert, Inc. is one of only 18 companies in the state of Louisiana to be
recognized by OSHA as a recipient of the Safety and Health Achievement
Recognition Program (SHARP). Currently, MPH, Inc is the only surveying and
engineering firm in the state to receive this certification. The SHARP program
recognizes employers who maintain an exemplary health and safety management
system. MPH, Inc. has maintained SHARP status since 2005.
