Kathleen Duplantis currently serves as Morris P. Hebert, Inc.’s Human Resources Director. Mrs. Duplantis is responsible for the overall leadership of the human resources department, including talent acquisition, employee relations, strategic management, benefits, compensation, and implementing programs that support employee engagement, productivity, and company objectives.

Mrs. Duplantis received a Master of Business Administration from Nicholls State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from Louisiana State University.
